Kevin founded Totum in early 2019. Kevin's career is marked by his focus on assisting occupier clients by helping them make sound real estate decisions that drive overall business success. He specializes in tenant advisory and investment services in the greater Pittsburgh area as well as assisting corporate clients on their decisions throughout the United States. An active member over the years of CCIM and NAIOP, he is experienced in strategic planning, project management, site selection, and lease negotiation. Kevin developed a unique and dynamic approach to corporate real estate that not only protects the client's interests but also generates the best financial results. His SPACE placement method has led to assisting clients secure leases on more than 2,000,000 square feet of office space and completed transactions valued in excess of $400 million thus far. Prior to joining Totum, Kevin served as the President of PCGRE, the brokerage and development arm of a high net worth family office.
Beyond his many professional achievements, Kevin is also involved in many philanthropic and volunteer endeavors. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). He has served on both the Fund Committee and Young Leaders Committee of the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cleveland. He also serves on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland and volunteers as a participant in Hackers For Hope, a grass roots cancer research fundraiser in Pittsburgh.

Dan Adamski
Sr. Managing Director - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)
Dan Adamski is a Senior Managing Director in Jones Lang LaSalle's Tenant Representation Group where he is responsible for client requirements in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. In this role, he focuses exclusively on Tenant Representation & Advisory Services.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2000, Mr. Adamski was President of Commonwealth Realty Investments where he was involved in more than 100 investment-related transactions including commercial leasing, land development and IRC Section 1031 Exchanges. Prior to beginning his real estate career in 1994, Dan served in the U. S. Marine Corps for eight years.
Mr. Adamski earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science from Troy State University. Dan has been a licensed broker since 1994 and during that time has earned numerous industry awards including SIOR's Largest Lease of the Year, Build-To-Suit of the Year, Office Sale of the Year, and Most Creative Deal of the Year multiple times. He is Pittsburgh's most awarded recipient of The CoStar Group's "Power Broker" award.
Mr. Adamski is among the 1% of commercial real estate professionals nationally to hold both the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations, and he is the only one to focus exclusively on Tenant Representation in Pittsburgh.
Mr. Adamski is a past President of the Western PA SIOR chapter and a member of the Pittsburgh Regional Champions, the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation, the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, USATriathlon, the American Legion, and the Marine Corps Association. He sits on the boards of Bridgeway Capital, a private sector financial institution with a social mission, and also the American Diabetes Association of Western Pennsylvania.

Dan founded NEXT architecture in 2003 with the ideal that an architecture firm could exist to serve clients by assembling a team of talented individuals, focused on innovation and practicing at their full potential. Over the past 15 years Dan has grown the firm into a successful, award winning practice that maintains those ideals. Dan brings over 30 years of experience in all areas of architectural practice. Throughout his career, Dan has guided clients and project teams on projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $50,000,000. Dan has successfully completed projects for commercial office, health care, retail and light industrial office clients in both new construction and renovation projects. Dan's resume includes numerous large relocation projects that were strategically planned and programmed by teams he directed or was personally involved with. Dan is on the Executive Leadership Committee for the American Diabetes Association. Dan and NEXT participate in events and fundraising for the ADA.

Renee Demay
Chief of Staff to the CEO - ANSYS, Inc.
Renee DeMay serves as Chief of Staff for CEO Ajei Gopal. Renee works closely with the leadership team to define the company's strategy and to establish the corresponding operating structures. For four years, Renee led the 800-person Ansys Customer Excellence team, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of Ansys technology to meet customer business initiatives. Renee's areas of specialty include business development, professional services management, go-to-market strategy, business transformation and strategic partnerships. Prior to Ansys, she spent the previous 14 years in a variety of senior management roles within consulting, training and professional services operations at PTC and IBM.
