Kevin Riley

President & Founder - Totum Realty Advisors

Kevin founded Totum in early 2019. Kevin's career is marked by his focus on assisting occupier clients by helping them make sound real estate decisions that drive overall business success. He specializes in tenant advisory and investment services in the greater Pittsburgh area as well as assisting corporate clients on their decisions throughout the United States. An active member over the years of CCIM and NAIOP, he is experienced in strategic planning, project management, site selection, and lease negotiation. Kevin developed a unique and dynamic approach to corporate real estate that not only protects the client's interests but also generates the best financial results. His SPACE placement method has led to assisting clients secure leases on more than 2,000,000 square feet of office space and completed transactions valued in excess of $400 million thus far. Prior to joining Totum, Kevin served as the President of PCGRE, the brokerage and development arm of a high net worth family office.

Beyond his many professional achievements, Kevin is also involved in many philanthropic and volunteer endeavors. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). He has served on both the Fund Committee and Young Leaders Committee of the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cleveland. He also serves on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland and volunteers as a participant in Hackers For Hope, a grass roots cancer research fundraiser in Pittsburgh.

Shawn Fox

President - RDC, Inc.

Shawn is President of RDC, Inc, the parent of a family of companies that has been responsible for the delivery of over 3,000 units of multifamily since 2006 as well as commercial office and industrial properties valued at over $250 million. In addition to development, RDC provides construction management and design-build services for third party clients.

Prior to RDC, Shawn's career has span the spectrum of government and real estate development. From 2004 to 2010, Shawn worked for Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato, becoming Chief of Staff in 2006. Shawn implemented various economic development and policy initiatives for the County Executive including the County's first Sustainability plan, and participated in overall county operations, planning and budget formation with a County budget in excess of $1 billion.

Tony Rossi

Senior Vice President - CBRE

Tony Rossi is Senior Vice President with CBRE Debt and Structured Finance in Pittsburgh where he has been an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Community since 2007. Since joining CBRE in 2011 Mr. Rossi has assisted in placement of over $1 Billion in Debt Capital for Regional and National Developers/Owners of commercial real estate. These financings have included construction financing for ground up development and historic redevelopment, as well as permanent debt for stabilized portfolio assets and acquisitions. Mr. Rossi has experience working on capital structures of significant complexity including deals with multiple lenders, historic tax credits, condominium arrangements and complex borrower structures. This expertise is an asset for borrowers who may be navigating complex transactions with multiple factors driving the final decision at the asset and borrower level.

Mr. Rossi maintains a strong network of capital providers including agency sources Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and HUD, Investment Banking Capital Sources, Life Insurance Companies, Commercial Banks and Boutique Finance Companies. The breadth of these relationships provides clients with a wide array of capital options for each transaction and certainty of full market exposure when sourcing capital for any project.

Mr. Rossi began his career with a regional commercial bank as a credit analyst and lender where he worked on assets in all stages of development. Formal credit training provided Tony with a strong foundational understanding of the credit process and what factors impact credit decisions from a lender's perspective.

Mr. Rossi earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Penn State University and is a licensed Pennsylvanian Real Estate Salesperson. Tony is actively engaged in several professional organizations including NAIOP where he has sat on the Board of Directors for over 5 years.

Patrick Sentner

Executive Vice President - Colliers

Mr. Sentner, previously a Founding Principal at Colliers Pittsburgh, rejoins the office as Executive Vice President with leadership over the Pittsburgh Occupiers Services Team. Mr. Sentner brings with him over 30 years of industry experience with a concentration in office representation and corporate services.



Most recently Mr. Sentner served as Executive Vice President within CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services division of the Occupier Services Group, having joined the company in March 2017. In addition to gaining distinction as a top broker, Mr. Sentner was the first representative from the region to be selected as Global President for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), holding the position from October 2021 through October of 2022 and he continues to serve on SIOR's Governance Team. Prior to his tenures at CBRE and Colliers, Mr. Sentner was a Vice President with Oxford Development Company. His industry accomplishments include multiple Colliers Everest Awards, several NAI Global Top Performer awards, and a NAI Global Vision Award, among other notable distinctions.

Since graduating from Westminster College and later earning his MBA from West Virginia University, Sentner has built a formidable reputation within the region's commercial real estate community. His exceptional client-centric approach to national corporate services and tenant representation has led him to work with a wide range of companies from non-profits to Fortune 500 corporations.
