Ashley Kobovitch is a seasoned sales professional with over ten years of experience in software sales. She has earned numerous awards for being a top producer, including executive with the largest global deal and frequent annual President's Clubs winner. She currently leads the Northeast Region at Crexi, the fastest growing CRE platform. Helping clients better leverage technology to sell/lease properties faster and more efficiently is her number one goal. Taking client feedback and having Crexi's team swiftly implement product developments to enhance broker's businesses is of paramount importance. She is thrilled to be speaking and meeting you all at this event!


Chichi Ahia

Executive Director and Principal SVN - Ahia Commerical Real Estate

Chichi is the Executive Director, Principal and Broker of Record of SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, primarily serving the markets of Eastern Pennsylvania and Central through Southern New Jersey. He is a licensed real estate broker in 6 states.

Prior to his affiliation with SVN he served as the executive director of the regional division of a Nationally branded, full service commercial real estate services firm. He is a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has won numerous sales and performance awards. He was selected by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top Real Estate Brokers in the Suburban Philadelphia market, ranking in the top 5% in client satisfaction in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. In 2014 He was recognized as one of America's Most Honored Professionals by the American Registry.

Chichi currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife, Sabrina, their four daughters and identical twin sons. In his "free time" he works on business development and training and mentoring professionals starting businesses. He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for a regional financial institution and in an advisory role to a number of business organizations. He is also active in his church and plays several musical instruments at a professional level of proficiency. He and Sabrina love to travel and spend time with family.


Daniel Colom

Senior Account Executive - Crexi

Daniel is an expert when it comes to understanding a client's needs. He is currently a Senior Account Executive with Crexi in the New York City Location. As a 5 year veteran, Daniel has been involved from the ground up to help build the perfect suite of tools to simplify the commercial transaction from listing to closing. He currently oversees sales for all of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Upstate New York. He is very excited to collect feedback from some of the markets most influential brokers of the SIOR community!


Kevin Riley, SIOR, CCIM

Founder and President - Totum Realty Advisors

Kevin founded Totum in early 2019. Kevin's career is marked by his focus on assisting occupier clients by helping them make sound real estate decisions that drive overall business success. He specializes in tenant advisory and investment services in the greater Pittsburgh area as well as assisting corporate clients on their decisions throughout the United States. An active member over the years of CCIM and NAIOP, he is experienced in strategic planning, project management, site selection, and lease negotiation. Kevin developed a unique and dynamic approach to corporate real estate that not only protects the client's interests but also generates the best financial results. His SPACE placement method has led to assisting clients secure leases on more than 2,000,000 square feet of office space and completed transactions valued in excess of $400 million thus far. Prior to joining Totum, Kevin served as the President of PCGRE, the brokerage and development arm of a high net worth family office.

Beyond his many professional achievements, Kevin is also involved in many philanthropic and volunteer endeavors. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). He has served on both the Fund Committee and Young Leaders Committee of the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cleveland. He also serves on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland and volunteers as a participant in Hackers For Hope, a grass roots cancer research fundraiser in Pittsburgh.

Robin Zellers, SIOR, FRICS, CRE

Broker of Record and President - NAI CIR

Robin Zellers is the Broker of Record and President of NAI CIR. He is responsible for overseeing transactional activity, investment, advisory and consulting and corporate services. He has over 25 years of experience, primarily in commercial - industrial development, leasing, sales, receivership, consulting and asset management. As NAI Business Director, he is responsible for assigning and managing all of the firm's national and international business through the NAI Global network.

Zellers began his real estate career with Rouse & Associates, a NAIOP Developer of the Year. He is the former Vice President of Union Deposit Corp., a Pennsylvania based land bank and developer. He has successfully developed, leased and sold industrial, office and retail buildings as speculative, investment and build-to-suit projects. Major clients have included the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Morgan Stanley, PA Liquor Control Board, Cumberland County Courts, Saybrook Capital, Cantor Fitzgerald, UPMC Pinnacle Health Systems, Dauphin County General Authority, Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority, and the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority. Zellers is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
